Who is responsible?

I’m Leon Flanagan, performing as Leon F Music in Ireland. I’m responsible for the personal information I use to respond to enquiries and arrange my performances. To contact me about privacy or your information, use the profiles linked on my Socials page.

When you browse this website

You can browse the music, packages and reviews without creating an account. This website has no enquiry form and does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics in its public pages.

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Sanity to manage content. When your browser requests a page or media file, the service delivering it may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and time of request to deliver the content, maintain the service and protect it from misuse. Content management requests are also made by the website’s server.

When you message me

If you contact me through Instagram or Facebook, I receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, event date, venue and song requests. I use it to reply, discuss a quote and, if you book, arrange your performance.

The legal basis for enquiries and bookings is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing a contract where a booking is agreed. Relevant financial records may also be retained to meet legal obligations. Running and securing the website is based on the legitimate interest in providing a safe, functioning service.

Please send only the details needed for your enquiry. Instagram and Facebook also process your information under their own policies; signing in or sending a message happens on their platforms.

Cookies and external services

The public website does not set its own analytics, advertising or preference cookies. The current performance samples are hosted video files, rather than social-media embeds. The separate Studio area is for site administration and may use authentication storage.

Following a social link takes you to another website, which may use cookies or tracking under its own policy. Where a YouTube sample is offered, the player is only loaded after you choose to load it; YouTube can then receive technical information and may use cookies or similar storage.

Sharing and storage

Website and content providers process technical information needed to deliver their services. Social platforms process messages sent through them. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; their policies explain the locations and safeguards they use.

I keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond and resolve the enquiry. For an agreed event, relevant information is kept while arranging and completing the performance and for any necessary follow-up, legal or accounting obligations. Service providers apply their own retention periods to technical logs and platform data.

You can read the Vercel privacy notice, Sanity privacy policy, Meta privacy policy and Google privacy policy.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights have conditions and may be limited by legal obligations.

Contact me through my social profiles to make a request. You can also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.

Reviews, photographs and recordings

Names, reviews and event media are shown with permission. If you have a question about material featuring you, contact me through my social profiles.
